What should I do if I receive a defective item?

When the transport company gives you the order we suggest that before signing the delivery note carefully check the state in which the package is located. Check that there are no spots, signs of breakage, or beating, as well as any other anomaly that may indicate that the product does not arrive in correct conditions.

If during this visual inspection you detect something of the aforementioned, you must proceed to reject the merchandise, indicating on the delivery note "return for product in bad condition". From that moment CORTE IBERICA will process this incident and will send you the merchandise again without any cost to you.

In the event that you, at the time of inspection of the merchandise, will not detect any problem, and it is at the moment you open the box, when you are aware that the product has suffered any damage, you should contact CORTE IBERICA within a period not exceeding 24 hours from when you received the merchandise.

Can I return an order for specific reasons?

To make an unjustified return, simply because you have changed your mind, from CORTE IBERICA we will do our best to make the process as quick and comfortable as possible for you, for this you must take these issues into account, you will have 5 business days to do so, counting from the date of receipt of the merchandise.


Shipping costs are not refundable. The collection costs will be paid by the customer (equivalent to the amount of the shipment that corresponds to the type of product purchased and the destination sent).
